Drop Off Location: loading dock at the back of the theater building, please click the theater map on the left for exact location

Free Parking: Parking Lot A (Free Parking)

Find your classroom sign and check in with volunteer parents, make sure your child name is marked before you leave.  

Check-in Time: Please download the "Performance Day Schedule" on the left

Sleep early, less activities and eat well before coming to the theater

What to Bring: extra layers, packaged snacks, water, no peanuts and label all your belongings

Requirements: Perfect Ballet Bun with makeup, Ballet pink tights and shoes for girls and black socks and ballet shoes for boys. Please come with your class leotard;

• Preballet remember to bring plushy toys

• Ballet 1B Students come with pigtail braids,

• Rodeo Cowgirls and Cowboy remember to bring your jeans,

• Kai remember to bring long sleeve white t-shirt

Mask is optional, please wear mask if you have flu like symptoms.

Dress code: No dress code for the show however we encourage to dress up and look beautiful for the performance

Cheer and Applause for your children: Please be generous and enthusiastic :) 

No videos or photos during the performance: you may pre-order performance video USB at yuxinballetschool.com/store

Pick up Child @ about 6:40 pm: After the performance you may stay inside the theater and wait in the front left seating section. Do not go to the backstage, volunteer parents will bring them out to you.  

After performance reception: you are welcome to stay after the performance after the performance hanging out and enjoying refreshments.
