Registration Steps:

Step 1:

Please fill out Yu Xin Ballet School Registration and Liability Waiver Form:

​

Step 2:

Once you are registered, you will receive our Sign up Link via email ( every Friday morning 8:00am) for the following week.

Please fill in the Sign up Sheet with your name and payment methods.

​

 

Step 3: Choose a plan: Most of our students have a class card, but you can also do one time drop in to try the class. Spots are limited

Step 4: Make Payment:

(payments need to be made 24hrs before your class)

Payment Methods: Please put your name and the method of payment in the Signup Sheet

 

PayPal address: yuxinballet@gmail.com (Please send as a friend), extra fee will be charged if you send as a business. If you use your class card, please provide your class number in the form. If I have your class card, we will mark it for you. 

 

Zelle bank transfer (Bank of America or Chase): yuxinbasset@gmail.com

Check: payable to "Yu Xin Ballet School"

For In-person class:

A check-in email will be sent out to you the night before your lesson.  Changes cannot be made after the check-in email is sent.  Last minutes cancellation does not have refund.  If you need to make any changes or cancel the spot, please contact us 24 hours before your lesson.

For Zoom class:

We will send you the classroom link to your email upon registration and reception of your payment one day before your class. You will need to download the free Zoom App from your device and click the link sent to you at your class time or enter your Meeting ID in the Zoom.
